Let’s face it, from time to time we take on a task of trying to resolve an issue for someone who has had a bad day, a week, a month or even a year. Whether we take the job of customer service or the service industry in general for stability or the love of helping others, we often find ourselves saying “Golly gosh, this customer is a pile of fucking garbage”. Well, I’m here to listen, and you can unload that shit-stain of a traumatic interaction.

When I say “we” it’s me not saying I but in a professional sense. Like you do. You don’t need to use a real name, a company or any specifics that could jeopardize your employment.
I used to go by my name Jose. Until I dealt with so much racism from people not wanting a brown man assisting them that I had to switch it to JC. And it helps with the bible thumping community so double yay
I’ve been customer service for outbound sales, inbound purchases for various industries, telemarketing and every title from Customer Support, Customer Service, CS Manager, Escalation Manager and all other things that make it sound like I know what I’m talking about. I’ve dealt with some stuff so I’m there with you friend.
